Welcome to Refer (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (https://www.refersome.one) and any services, applications, or features provided by Refer (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Services Overview
Refer is a platform that connects hiring managers with potential candidates through trusted referrals. Our Services facilitate the sharing of job opportunities and enable referrers to introduce qualified candidates for potential roles.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with a person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Referral Process
Hiring managers may list job openings and set referral bonuses. Referrers may submit potential candidates, and hiring managers will handle the hiring process independently. Referral bonuses are payable only when a candidate is hired through the Refer platform and completes the necessary employment conditions. Necessary employment conditions include 90 days of gainful employment with the hiring company, unless otherwise stated.
6. Payment and Fees
For hiring managers, Refer charges a subscription fee as outlined on our pricing page. Payments between hiring managers and referrers are facilitated through third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, and are subject to their terms and conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available through our Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Refer or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms or through other appropriate means. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
